We are looking for an Account Manager for a temporary position (maternity leave replacement).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Be the ’face’ of Playtech, maintaining and developing the business relationship with our partners
• Be an effective main point of contact between Playtech and our partners, providing a high quality service to all internal/external stakeholders
• Provide first level business support to our partners effectively and optimally to meet their needs and requests
• Assist with Technical Support issue escalations and any query that our partners may raise beyond the scope of Technical Support, or engage other departments in the organization accordingly

THE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT TEAM IN PLAYTECH

The Account Management (EE) Team provides Account Management and Operational Support to about 16 partners who use Playtech software and services. Our team of 4 people come from various backgrounds ranging from philology to international relations and aviation, providing our partners a focal-point for communication with Playtech.
