Sseko Designs uses fashion to create opportunity and community for women across the world and right here at home. From luxury leather travel bags to customizable footwear, Sseko creates stunning goods with an innovative business model that enables women in Uganda to attend university and pursue their dreams. Sseko products are sold by Sseko Fellows, a bright and bold community of dreamers and doers, who are using their passion and smarts to send women in Uganda to college and earn an income to pursue their own dreams.

We are looking for a go-getter to facilitate training, inspiration, growth, and development among our community of Fellows.

• Create sales training content including online training tutorials, video, and printed material to help drive sales strategies

• Lead efforts for sales strategies including season launches, booking events, and recruiting

• Coordinate with Fellows team to implement new sales techniques and strategies to help drive sales at events

• Create and update sales training for in-person and online events.  

• Create training and process for onboarding new Fellows (Sales Reps).  

• Lead the team that will be the first level of support and training for new Fellows.

• Plan and manage Starter Kit items and strategy for each season

• 3-5 years experience in Direct Sales / Network Marketing.  You must know this business! Preferably experienced as a consultant in Direct Sales.

• You LOVE to sell and you see sales as a powerful tool to share your story and create opportunity.

• An innovative trailblazer. You’re ready to create and innovate to make the teams strategy and training even better.

• People person.  Must love working with, meeting and engaging  people. Creative in meeting people’s needs. We love what we do and want to do it with people we love being around.

• Passionate and inspiring! We LOVE what we do and truly believe the Fellows program is an invitation into community and purpose. We want someone who can convey that energy to women who would benefit from the Fellows program and enrich our community.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:

• Salary DOE (Range 55k - 65k)
