With our recent Series A funding, we’re expanding quickly to meet the demands of our accelerating growth and are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help bring us to even greater heights!

• Collaborate with the product team and other developers to deliver solutions fast
• Maintain uptime of a high traffic production environment
• Design, create, document and maintain APIs
• Cover your code with tests
• Improve the existing codebase with better architectural solutions
• To handle the fast growing traffic by evolving the infrastructure to achieve higher scalability and availability

• To have at least 5-7 years of experience with server-side web frameworks
• Able to make sound decisions independently, and always curious. 
• To be familiar with the services available from cloud service providers
• To be excited to deal with scaling backend solutions (we really have a lot of users)
• Good devops skills (provision and maintain services)
• To be familiar with logging and monitoring technologies
• Must be self-driven, good team player with initiative to pick up and share new technologies
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Advantageous to have:

• Video space related knowledge and technologies (i/b/p frames, h264, rtmp, ffmpeg)
• Worked with developing social media features (notification and news feed, privacy)
• Experience with managing and provisioning via infrastructure as code
