Recruiters who are used to using six different talent platforms can now do everything they need in a single place or a Director of IT that needs to migrate data across systems after acquiring another company can easily do so by allowing Swoop to handle the migration. Job Description

We've been home-growing and outsourcing our marketing and it's time to get real. We’ve got blue chip customers, amazing retention, strong growth (while bootstrapped), fantastic partners...and no marketing team. This has to be fixed!!!

We're looking for our first in-house marketing pro to lead on key marketing activities across the org. You will work cross functionally with founders, product leads, sales people, customers and our outsourced teams (if you want to keep them!) to shape and deploy successful marketing campaigns

  • like nerdy concepts and know how to communicate them to normal humans
  • are entrepreneurial by nature - you take on large ambitious projects, or have even started your own company before 
  • love getting bang for the buck
  • have an experimentation mindset, willing to try lots of different things until you find something that works
  • have a great sense of humor, the darker the better

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all marketing efforts for SwoopTalent. You'll be telling us what those are (of course!), but we think it includes: 

  • Email marketing 
  • Blog management & content creation 
  • Social media 
  • Digital advertising 
  • Events 
  • Guerrilla marketing (whatever the heck that means…)
  • Website Management 
  • Partnerships
  • You tell us

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in varied marketing roles within the B2B SaaS sector where you devised, executed and measured lead generation efforts on a large scale

  • Experience creating and executing ROI-driven marketing campaign plans

  • Proven track record of prioritizing and delivering demand generation results within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

  • Nice to have: experience in enterprise IT products

  • Team player with positive thinking that likes to "get things done"

  • Fast learner that can and likes to dive into the details of cutting-edge technologies

  • Imagination and experimentation - you know what got you here won't get you there
