Job Description

Right now we are looking for a Business Navigation Leader who will lead the development of People Analytics in Range & Supply. As well as the overall Business and Finance Navigation responsibility for the People & Culture function. You will be expected to create insights and analytics from; internally generated people analytics, market research and external benchmarks, in order to accelerate business development and innovation.   

You will be part of Range & Supply’s People & Culture Management team, acting as a decision maker, role model and ambassador for the People & Culture Community.

About the assignment
As a Business Navigation Leader you will be responsible for developing processes and tools, both digital and traditional, for people analytics, and setting structures in place for ensuring visibility, follow-up and cost performance of initiatives. You will lead the portfolio management for the function People & Culture priority projects as part of the total Range & Supply portfolio, for example generated from Range & Supply People Plan. 

Setting governance structure in place, in accordance to the overall Range & Supply principles, as well as creating overview on ways of working and creating alignment and efficiency. You will also have responsibility for developing and leading a performance framework for People & Culture that will ensure balanced performance management towards set goals, pro-active project portfolio steering, early deviations detection and corrective actions. 

Furthermore you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating results and goal achievements in a clear and inspiring way, making analysis available and actionable, and thereby raising overall business understanding in the unit
  • Financial planning, adherence to power of authority structure and common chart of accounts and accurate accounting, budgeting and resource planning in the unit together with the managers
  • Co-lead organizational development and resource planning and forecasting in the unit

Qualifications

You have always been curious and inquisitive about the world around you and why and how things are connected. With an ability to look at the details and at the same time aggregate and sum them up into the big picture, and back again. 

We believe you are an analytical and methodical person who are able to see the patterns and understand the reality connected to vast amount of data. You are also then able to communicate the insights this gives in a clear, simple and inspiring way. 

You have also always been interested in people and what drives them and how that then can be translated into performance and how that can be steered through performance management.

Furthermore we believe you have/are:

  • A good knowledge of IKEAs Business steering and navigation processes, such as budget process, accounting, finance and navigation processes
  • You have a proven track record of process and organizational development as well as project and portfolio management
  • Knowledge and interest in Advanced Analytics, digital tools and solutions needed to create most powerful insights for people analytics
