Company Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Solve support requests from customers in ServiceNow and update with relevant status and information
  • Assist and coordinate other teams in Playtech to understand and resolve issues with our service, including creation of defects in JIRA
  • Monitor the service using Zabbix/Grafana/Graphite tools to make sure it's healthy
  • Investigate issues in other Playtech products that could affect the Live service and work with other teams to resolve them
  • Participate in on-call rotation

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

  • High level knowledge of Linux
  • Some knowledge in scripting languages which will help you to automate repetitive tasks
  • Good problem solving, time management and communication skills
  • Punctuality, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to coordinate with other teams and/or members to resolve issues
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, subnetting, etc
  • Good English language, both written and spoken
