As a Marketing Assistant at Undabot, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and updating our portfolio by gathering relevant project references and organizing them in a clear and well-structured manner. As a part of the Sales team, you will participate in creating all kinds of marketing materials and content, such as sales presentations, offers, case studies, as well as sales-related social media announcements. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and understanding of the IT industry by working closely with Project Management, Technology and Design, as well as other multi-disciplinary teams and professionals.

The ideal candidate is a team player, passionate about learning, sharing knowledge and taking initiative, and has the following knowledge and skills:

• good understanding of basic Business Marketing concepts and IT Industry
• hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) 
• experience with Keynote is a plus
• excellent verbal and written skills in both Croatian and English
• creative thinker with a keen eye for details
• organized, responsible and motivated
• desire to learn, share knowledge, and take initiative
• previous working experience as Marketing Assistant is a plus
• technical background is a plus
