Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will lead the product management and delivery of both tailor-made applications and evolvement of commercial information systems. You will work with diverse teams across our branches in Europe, in order to improve the existing and to provide a brand new information services, intended to streamline our line of business operations and increase the productivity of employees. The ideal candidate should be able to cover the coordination between stakeholders and technical parties, acting as an effective focal person between the business with either internal R&D or leading software vendors and contractors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work closely with stakeholders in the company, being the central point for decisions around the relevant products and functioning as a major requirements analyst in areas of responsibility
  • Set the further product roadmap and development priorities
  • Translate of complex business needs into useful features and actual technical requirements
  • Manage the backlog throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Release management and communication
  • Work closely and steer the technical delivery with R&D and other technical teams 

Qualifications

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

  • At least 3 years of proven track record in similar roles and positions
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or other relevant education
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Ability to delve into business logic and requirements - experience with process and workflows review, design and redesign
  • Experience in specifying desired functionality, which will be clear for stakeholders and technical parties
  • Being independent, accountable, proactive and assertive
  • To act as a team player with dynamic personality within multicultural environment
  • High integrity and ethics when handling sensitive and classified information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English

WILL BE ALSO HELPFUL

  • Knowledge and experience in UX and usability planning
  • Familiarity and previous experience with ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, BI or other information systems
  • Supplementary knowledge and background in Product Management, IT, R&D and Information Security
  • Presentation and customer-facing skills
