VIDEOBET’S PRODUCT TEAM

We’re responsible for managing the company roadmap and ensuring that all customer requests get handled in the most efficient way. Our team is constantly in communication with the customers in order to gather information on the usage of the existing Videobet product and to discuss new features or releases based on client needs. As part of this, we always make sure that customer requests get analysed and communicated, both internally and externally as per the agreed processes and prioritised accordingly in the product backlog.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Work with product and performance data
• Develop complex reports
• Perform information analysis in accordance with requests
• Generate and send performance reports
• Define the needed data for decision making and the requirements set upon it
• Perform information searches in the database according to requests
• Arrange daily data loading routines and automated report generation

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

• Knowledge of general principles and practices of the data warehouse
• General knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Good understanding of data models and database structure
• Ability to create data models
• Experience with business analysis
• Good English skills both in written and spoken
• Ability to work with stakeholders
