A Bit About the Role...

The Field Data Analyst will partner with the Analytics Team and Field Team leaders to measure all field activities and ensure spend is effectively growing the business. This will require both exceptional analytical skills and strong collaboration with other functions including Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities...

·        Forecast, measure and deliver KPIs for Costco Roadshow performance

·        Turn data into action steps by working closely with the Analytics Team to gather retail priorities from Sales Directors and outline store level action steps for Field Team

·        Provide data analytics for retail demo program on weekly basis and performance vs KPI

·        Work closely with National Field Marketing and Sales Managers to maximize performance of field team

·        Own and maintain GoSpotCheck field surveys and location data to ensure accuracy and easy integration with other sales and marketing tools

·        Process and integrate data from retailer and SPINS databases into Perfect Snacks data tools on weekly and monthly basis

·        Develop new reporting tools to empower Field Team and streamline processes

·        Work closely with National Field Sales manager in identifying need for third-party merchandising solutions. Also assist in project scoping and measurement of all third-party merchandising programs.

·        Assist National Field Marketing manager in measurement of third-party demonstrations 

·        Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Field Sales department.

Qualifications

Who We Want...

·        Bachelor degree and 1 – 2 years in CPG or related field preferred

·        High attention to detail and passion for data integrity

·        Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide a holistic perspective

·        Ability to influence decision making across multiple levels and functions of an organization to drive results

·        Solid understanding of basic sales methods / technique

·        Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities

·        Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision

·        Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks

·        Proficient with basic computer hardware and software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

·        Excellent oral, written and communication skills

·        Excellent presentation skills

·        Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical

·        Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team

·        Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
