With our recent Series A funding, we’re expanding quickly to meet the demands of our accelerating growth and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our team across our Singapore and Los Angeles offices.
Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lomotif’s HR Team is looking for a well-connected and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our continued headcount and company growth. In this role, you'll attract, hire and retain great talent for our various teams including Tech, Product, Data, etc… You'll lead and own initiatives such as career events, employer branding, interview training, reporting and process improvements. We want you to be an integral part of headcount planning, and organizational design within target departments. We expect this person to maintain a high level of hires while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
At least 3+ years in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role, with both in-house and agency experience
Solid understanding of the technology market, landscape and what Lomotif can do to become an employer of choice
Prior experience with strategic headcount planning and organizational design within a particular department
Solid understanding of best hiring practices
Ability to drive insights and process improvements from data
No job too small mentality
Extremely organized, strict attention to detail, personable, deadline-driven and punctual
Clear, concise and engaging written communicator (we will probably ask you to write InMails)
BA/BS degree
Additional Information
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Manage the entire candidate journey, from cold outreach to interview coordination, to offer negotiation and on-boarding on the candidates’ first day
Partner with hiring leaders to define headcount needs, role requirements and interview processes. Hold hiring leaders accountable to hiring best practices
Help roll out policies and procedures regarding scaling our hiring processes; this can include but isn’t limited to internal mobility, interview training etc.
Leverage recruiting data to drive insights and improvements across the recruiting team
Support executive team’s strategic initiatives such as employer branding and diversity & inclusion
