Job Description

Does the challenge of supporting the expansion of a fast-growing company appeal to you? Are you a meticulous, deductive type who is skilled at prioritizing requests and tasks? If you answered yes to both questions, our operations and logistics team is looking for you! You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the operational processes of the company, and managing the associated change.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and operational processes’ optimization

  • Propose and implement solutions to rectify identified performance gaps

  • Automate and streamline processes, primarily in Salesforce (CRM) and Genius (ERP)

    • Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Process Builder, Workflow Actions, Workflow Rules)

    • Genius (SQL Server)

    • Customized (C #)

  • Consult and involve colleagues in the design and implementation of new procedures

  • Manage change

  • Prepare, plan and execute colleagues’ training

Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree in IT or another relevant field

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in process design and systems analysis

  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming

  • Experience writing database queries

  • Great listener with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written

  • Solid problem-solving and analytical/deductive skills

  • Ability to make the right decisions in various contexts and to influence, convince, and anticipate change

  • Initiative

  • Indisputable drive to take on projects with energy and enthusiasm

  • Attention to detail

  • Full proficiency in French and English
