Our Spa Hosts deliver exceptional service to our guests, take care of the presentation of the spa and help us deliver a genuine Scarlet moment. Sharing their experiences of the spa and helping guests choose the right treatment for them as well as being responsible for the smooth running of the spa reception area.

This is a varied role focusing on ensuring our guests are cared for and have everything they need throughout their time with us. Taking bookings, delivering an organised reception desk and taking pride in the presentation of the spa are also key areas of this role.

As we are perched on the cliff, this role will also service some outdoor areas and our iconic hot tubs.

• £8.50-£8.75 per hour includes probationary rate
