Job Description

Responsibilities: Markets real estate opportunities by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings; maintaining databases; preparing reports; general administrative support.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)

Job Duties: 

  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and managing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
  • Tracks product costs by tracking expenses
  • Supports the development and leasing department staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, product information; relaying services requests
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Plans meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications

  • Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Research Results, Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative, Planning, Financial Skills
  • 2-4 years experience in the field of marketing
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM / Salesforce tools, etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
