Housekeeping Supervisor

These roles will provide cover for Scarlet and Bedruthan hotels.

Teamwork is at the core of the Housekeeping Team. In a fast paced busy environment, the team take pride in a continuous sparkling product, having fun and sharing laughter along the way.

If you are a self-starter who is enthusiastic and energetic, can think outside of the box and dares to be different on a daily basis, then this Supervisor role could be for you.

A passion for acute attention to detail in all delivery aspects of luxury hospitality, coupled with the highest cleanliness standards will sit naturally with you, along with the confidence and ability to assist in joint supervision and training of a large team of hosts.

The ability to coach, motivate and offer feedback is important as well as a responsive attitude to customer feedback.
 

The right person will have previous experience in a similar role, computer skills including emailing and the ability to communicate in written and verbal English.

We offer:

• £9.25-£9.50 per hour includes probationary rate
• Permanent contract for 40 hours per week
• Maternity cover contract until January 2020 for 40 hours per week
• Mix of early and late shifts
• 28 days holiday per year (29 after 1 year)
