WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Define monitoring process in Service Operations and ensure its fit for purpose
  • Work closely with monitoring and product teams to build trustworthy monitoring solutions
  • Work with various monitoring technologies (Microfocus, Zabbix, Sensu, Grafana etc)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in various areas
  • Measure progress in monitoring domain and provide feedback to stakeholders

ABOUT MONITORING IN PLAYTECH

Monitoring in Playtech has gone through major changes in recent years. A lot of effort has been put in to optimization of existing solutions to increase credibility and to new developments that has allowed us to drastically improve our ability to prevent and detect critical incidents. This is a good basis to continue in this course to improve product monitoring coverage, reduce noise and focus on one of the key elements in monitoring – trust. Monitoring Competence Manager plays important role in all this and is involved on all aspects of monitoring life-cycle.
