Our client , a leading organization for Knowledge and Networking of Composites Materials, is looking for its Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore.

Job Description

In accordance to the policy and Strategic Plan of The Company, the main mission is to conduct the development of the Group's network in Asia (focus on 10 countries: Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) so as to grow the annual Conference & Exhibition in Singapore.

At a managerial level, the person in charge will analyse the local (region) market, propose and implement a Plan of actions to grow the numbers of companies involved in the Group activities as Partners, Sponsors, Exhibitors.

At the operational level, close connection and reporting should be conducted within the Group internal network (General Management, Sales, Markom, Medias).

Qualifications

  • More than 8 years experience in Sales and Business Development in the MICE industry (events and exhibitions)
  • A strong knowledge of Composites Materials and Markets is an advantage
  • Solid Regional exposure
  • Experience of relations at a high level
  • Dedication and charism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
