Job Description

Evergreen Center is currently seeking a Family Resources Coordinator who will provide specialized assistance to the nursing staff and Director of Family Services & Admissions. They will assist with guardianship and substitute judgement issues, with paperwork for referrals to counseling services, with annual authorizations, and maintaining necessary databases and documentation pertaining to family services and admissions.     

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • At least 2 years of experience managing health-related documentation and billing systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills
  • Training in medical reimbursement systems preferred
