  • Regular systems monitoring, troubleshooting and improving
  • Run reports on systems performance for the team and wider organization
  • Helping to design and deploy large, mission-critical services
  • Work together with various internal teams from different countries to develop efficient and automated solutions for our users' needs

Qualifications

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED?

  • Completion of recognized certifications for Microsoft products and solutions
  • Good knowledge about modern software and different IT solutions not only from Microsoft portfolio (MacOS, Linux)
  • Previous experience as a Microsoft System Administrator
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking capabilities
  • Fast learning ability
  • Good cooperation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English
