- Regular systems monitoring, troubleshooting and improving
- Run reports on systems performance for the team and wider organization
- Helping to design and deploy large, mission-critical services
- Work together with various internal teams from different countries to develop efficient and automated solutions for our users' needs
Qualifications

- Completion of recognized certifications for Microsoft products and solutions
- Good knowledge about modern software and different IT solutions not only from Microsoft portfolio (MacOS, Linux)
- Previous experience as a Microsoft System Administrator
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Analytical and critical thinking capabilities
- Fast learning ability
- Good cooperation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English
