Beacon Services of Connecticut is a private group practice of behavior analysts, behavioral therapists and specialized therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral and instructional services to individuals with disabilities. This practice specializes in evidence-based treatment to young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD). 

Job Description

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, short and long term behavioral consultations and direct treatment as assigned by management. They are responsible for the supervision and training of Early Intervention Associates (I and II), the development of individual goals and objectives and of written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs, and the collection and analysis of data.

Qualifications

  • PhD or Masters in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum of (2) two years in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs

Work Hours:

  • Full Time
  • Various Session Times 
  • 8:00am - 7:00pm
