Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be overseeing all marketing, lead generation and promotional activities for Switzerland. Working in partnership with the Swiss Sales team, regional and Group Marketing colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

·         Defining, implementing, executing and measuring ROI of targeted B2B marketing and Lead Generation strategies for Switzerland, which support, on time and within budget, the regional and global marketing agendas.

·         Developing and executing nurtured marketing lead generation campaigns mixing digital marketing, social media communication, PR and physical events.

·         Feeding the Business Development teams with qualified sales targets resulting from desktop customer research.

·         Being the International SOS Brand Champion for all staff in Switzerland.

·         Managing relationships and growing networks (Associations, Thought Leadership platforms,…) for Thought Leadership and Brand Awareness by purposes. 

Qualifications

The Marketing Manager is a marketing all-rounder, who is talented in leveraging all available resources in the organisation to meet and exceed the marketing and business objectives.

 Required Skills and Knowledge

·         Broad B2B and B2B2C marketing skills, ideally acquired with a professional services provider, within an international environment.

·         Direct experience in developing and executing direct client’s communication activities including digital and social media campaigns, promotions, seminars, community events, conferences and training events.

·         Marketing Planning and Analysis; Marketing budget creation and management, ROI analysis and marketing forecasting.

·         Experience working with industry associations.

·         Excellent working knowledge and experience with MS Office suites: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills with Market Automation Software (like Eloqua or Marketo) as well as design software like Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator advantageous.

 Required Competencies

·         Capacity to exercise initiative and innovative thinking.

·         Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines. Prioritise and demonstrate flexibility in responding to a range of demands at a time without compromising quality.

·         High level Project Manager with strong planning and organisation skills, able handle complex work situations, numerous projects simultaneously with the necessary diplomacy to manage multiple stakeholders.

·         Passionate team player with strong influencing skills (impact and influence), networking ability and confidence.

·         Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and German.

 Required Qualifications

·         Educated to degree level, or equivalent, with a specialty in Business, Marketing or Communications.

Required Languages - Trilingual French - English - German will be appreciated.

Travel / Rotation Requirements

·         Based in our Geneva or Zurich office.
