Company Description

Our client is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare facilities. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover their ASEAN market. The role will be based in Singapore.




Job Description

  • Accountable for achieving the sales quota, profitability and marketing objectives of endoscopy products within ASEAN region.
  • Implements sales strategies and tactics for region, promoting products to existing and new customers.
  • Identify and communicate new business and/or product enhancement opportunities. Lead activities to capitalize on new sales and business development opportunities within the region.
  • Provide updates/information and direction to the regional team regarding new developments, competitive activity, new products or any other topic that may have an impact on the regional business.
  • Monitor and report competitive activity within the region.
  • Communicate with internal management on region activities, regional concerns and competitive activity. 

Qualifications

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in medical device sales specifically in endoscopy products
  • Solid regional exposure (ASEAN region)
  • Proven success in achieving sales objectives in a variety of distribution structures and product segments.
  • Able to travel
  • Strong analytical capability to understand deal profitability and problem solving.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence.
