Job Description

1) Receive and greet guests & visitors
2) Serve as a telephone receptionist
3) Receive and sort incoming mails & packages
4) Manage office & pantry supplies, e.g. stationary, drinking water, tea & coffee
5) Manage printing services, both in office and by vendor
6) Manage vendors to provide admin services, like office/pantry supplies, shipping & printing
7) Update office phone & cube index
8) Provide support for any new projects which the department takes on

Qualifications

1) College degree or above
2) Customer-oriented, detailed-oriented & responsive
3) Ability to handle multiple tasks
4) Good interpersonal & organizational skills
5) Working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. Word & Excel
6) Basic English skills in reading & writing
