For our Portuguese subsidiary, we are looking for Hotel Care Agents/ PMS Consultant for French

Your Responsibilities:
You will be focused on the support of our PMS software HOTSOFT

PMS HOTSOFT: Support to Hotels about all the different functions and operations of our PMS application, more specifically:

•    Sales: Creation of individual clients, Companies and Agencies profiles
•    Front Desk: Check In /Check out, Night Audit
•    Accounting: billing/ deposit, Bad debt
•    Conference: Managing Conference Rooms bookings
•    Reservations: Rooms allocations, creation of individual and group reservations
•    Reporting: Data consolidation, Reports analysis, Statistics, Marketing analysis
•    Pricing and Yield Management

Previous Hospitality Experience required (Front desk):

•    Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English  and French
•    Excellent PC skills and a solid knowledge of Internet related applications
•    Availability to work in shifts, from 7am to 4pm and from 2pm to 11pm. Includes working on weekends and bank holidays
•    You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is the driver. You are motivated and enjoy being a team-player within an international team and shift work is not a problem for you.
