WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Work within the Product team in Tallinn and maintain knowledge of the product
  • Turn customer needs into prioritized requirements with corresponding justification
  • Participate in project scoping tasks and compile necessary requirements documents
  • Ensure correct delivery and usage of product based on customer requirements
  • Verify the maintainability of new products and services ensuring that business development activities do not affect the availability of production services
  • Cooperate with other teams within Videobet to facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of major issues on infrastructure and software level
  • Produce reports for internal & external audiences
  • Assist in generating marketing info for new product launches and exhibitions

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of modern IT solutions, client-server solutions and IT Services Management
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills in English
  • Orientation to detail and efficiency when performing tasks
  • Willingness to constantly learn new competences and work as part of a team
  • Experience in software development processes
  • Higher education (may still be obtained), preferably in the field of IT
  • Availability to travel

VIDEOBET UNIT'S PRODUCT TEAM

We’re responsible for managing the company roadmap and ensuring all customer requests get handled in the most efficient way. Our team is constantly in communication with the customers in order to gather information on the usage of the existing Videobet product and to discuss new features or releases based on client needs. As part of this, we always make sure that customer requests get analysed and communicated, both internally and exterally, as per the agreed processes and prioritised accordingly in the product backlog.
