Main job tasks:

- Provide technical expertise to our Hotel Care;

- Detect from monitoring events customer impacting problems in hotel networks,

- Data centers and services and bring them to resolution;

- Provide methodical, timely and rigorous analysis and problem solving;

- Ensure quality of troubleshooting before requesting on-site intervention;

- Support of on-site technicians in their interventions;

- Responsible for incident reporting, including post-Morten analysis;

- Organize quality checks and ensure corrective measures are implemented when needed;

- Validate and Ensure quality of new sites, for monitoring and technical specifications;

- Continuous improvement of processes and documentation;

- Perform on-call and emergency tasks as required;

- Participate in shift-duty as per established planning.

Professional experience:

- 12 - 24 months experience in network operations.

- 2 years’ experience in network management.

Technical / job-related skills:

- Strong technology background

- Strong analytical skills

- Customer Oriented

Competencies / Specific personal & job-related demands:

- TCP/IP

- Routing

- Switching

- WiFi

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)

- CCNA preferred

- UNIX/Linux knowledge is a plus
