Job Description

Senior Manager, Commercial Sales


The Senior Manager is the critical role for building and sustaining customer relationships from the senior-level executives to individual IT staff while driving the adoption of client's new technology to surpass revenue goals. The manager utilizes their expertise in building commercial and partner account relationships to build a repeatable selling process and reoccurring revenues in their region. In addition to leading client engagements, this role will work closely with Sales Engineering, Inside Sales, Partner Sales and Product teams to propose solutions and provide direct feedback on product direction for emerging customer needs.

Responsibilities:

•Developing a Business Plan and Account strategy to meet and exceed assigned quota.

•Match client's solutions to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.

•Provide forecasting and update account/opportunity details in salesforce.com.

•Make executive calls and presentations articulating the business value of client's solutions.

•Deliver customer presentations and/or demonstrations.

Qualifications

• A goal oriented, driven and passionate team player who is highly motivated to succeed

• Five plus years of successful key account selling and management experience

• Five plus years of successful relationship building with key executives

• Ability to coordinate facilitate and present Quarterly Business reviews with key members of a partner’s executive team including C-level

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• BS/BA Degree - required
