Job Description

Intrepid Ventures is is hiring a Sales Leader with a Growth hacker mentality for it’s ICO Blockchain Services team.

About the Role

The Sales manager role has director level responsibility.

You will work with Growth Marketing, Engineering,  Community, and the Content team to grow top line revenue growth.

This person will own sales outcomes for:

ICO Blockchain Services: Tokenizing existing businesses and launching Initial Coin Offerings for SMB and startups across Asia.

The Ideal candidate will be a combination of growth hacker and business development manager that uses marketing automation tools and data science to drive sales outcomes.

You must also possess a high degree of empathy, strong negotiation skills,  be emotionally intelligent and socially aware.

You will  build, motivate, and develop a team of Account Managers focused on selling our service and technology to SMB and Mid-Market customers to create, drive, and grow revenues.

A great candidate for this position will be confident when entering a board room setting and skilled at leading a cross functional sales team with an emphasis on inbound digital marketing automation and machine learning.

Responsibilities

  • Grow monthly, quarterly and annual sales growth.

  • Report on sales activity and manage a regular revenue forecasts.

  • Achieve key performance metrics and goals.

  • Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements.

  • Manage sales strategy in collaboration with the Growth Marketing Manager; recommend opportunities to improve sales performance through process, system design, and marketing automation technologies.

  • Understand and communicate the key factors that impact the business, and collaborate with key internal partners including Product, Growth, Engineering, Community, and Account Management to develop and implement competitive programs, marketing automation, and sales tools.

  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

  • Provide on-the-ground coaching and support for account Managers, Marketing automation specialists, as they refine processes, and qualify opportunities and close new clients.

  • Measure, track and adjust performance against defined metrics and pipeline managemen

Qualifications

Requirements

  • 3-5  years leading sales teams in a high growth environment in SaaS, FinTech, or similar B2B technologies.

  • Consistent track record of selling software into SME accounts and achieving personal and team goals.

  • Strong digital marketing experience – Marketing automation with Hubspot, inbound content marketing, and analytics driven sales outcomes are a part of your DNA.

  • Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation

  • Proven experience exceeding sales targets, developing and implementing strategy in a changing environment.

  • Experience making data-driven decisions in a fast paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines.

  • Proven track record in new client development / customer acquisition

  • Success selling and nurturing inbound leads using content and marketing automation tools stacks.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow a high performing team by recruiting and developing account managers through coaching while retaining and growing top performers
